Join us for the 20th Annual Memorial golf outing in memory of Matt Haverkamp at Fairfield Greens South Trace Golf Course on Saturday, July 19, 2025. Matt was a K9 officer with his partner, Tibo, at Golf Manor Police Department. He was a son, brother, friend and will forever be remembered by the many people he touched in his life. The outing benefits The Matt Haverkamp Foundation (non profit) whose purpose is to raise funds to help local police departments by funding the purchase of K9s.

REGISTRATION
• Cost are $120/per person or $480/foursome and includes an event t-shirt and giveaway.
• Includes 18 holes of golf with a cart included.
• Catered lunch will be served immediately following golf along with award presentations.
• Great door prizes, giveaways, split the pot, and raffle items.
• The registration and sponsorship deadline is June 30, 2025.

FROM THE WEST (I-275 EASTBOUND):
• Take I-275 East to US 127 / Hamilton / Mt. Healthy (Exit 36) and turn left onto US 127 / Hamilton Avenue.
• Turn right onto John Gray Road in 1.3 miles.
• The Fairfield Greens entrance will be on the left in 0.9 mile.

FROM THE EAST (I-275 WESTBOUND):
• Take I-275 West to Winton Road / Fairfield / Forest Park (Exit 39) and turn right onto Winton Road / Gilmore Road.
• Turn left onto Mack Road in 0.6 mile.
• Turn left onto Winton Road in 1.1 miles.
• Turn right onto John Gray Road in 0.6 mile.
• The Fairfield Greens entrance will be on the right in 0.2 mile.
